
Utilising Your Strengths
Leadership development programs often use a deficit model – identify your weaknesses and address them. This session is different – using Gallup’s Strengths Finder 2.0 instrument we help leaders and aspiring leaders identify their top 5 strengths. Whilst it isn’t essential that individuals have strengths across all four areas of Executing, Influencing, Building relationships and Strategic Planning, it is essential that teams do. As a result of this session, participants can accurately describe their strengths and how they contribute to effective teams.
